Who is the BR guy, anyway?
I, BandonRandon
™ / Brandon Dukes, am a graphic designer and web developer living in the Seattle, WA area. I graduated with my Assiciate in Applied Arts and Sciences Visual Communications Technology: Graphic Design from
Shoreline Community College in June 2008. Besides web devolopement and design my hobbies include: nature, wathing and making movies, friends, music, photography and of course long walks on the beach.
What does BR mean?
I'm frequently asked, ok, so it was twice, where did the name BandonRandon come from? Well, after looking it up in Google, Wikipedia, and my grandparent’s dusty old encyclopedias I found nothing. So, I suppose to answer the question of where did the name come from, I would have to tell you I really don’t know. I was hanging out with some friends one day and I just said “BandonRandon” and I liked the name so much that I decided to go with it. I now have such nicknames as “BandonRandom”, “BrandonRandon”, and, “that guy named Brandon who has a website.”
What is the point of this site?
This site was originally started for the purpose of learning how to make a website. What better way to learn than by doing, right? Since its start in 2005 it has been not only a testing point for many of my crazy website ideas but also a hub which has enabled friends and family to communicate with me, as well as a place to make new friends. In July, 2007 the site got its first major facelift.
What would I do for a Klondike bar?
I can’t honestly say I would do a lot for a Klondike bar. I suppose it may be because I was raised on the generic ice cream goodness. Therefore,i can not say that I would run across the world, swim across an ocean or even just walk a block down the local grocery store for an over priced ice cream sandwich.
